A majority of people find that blueprints for our country homes do not require modifications, although there are those that wish to give a home a personal touch. In any case, house plan modifications are affordable and most of the country house plans we offer can be modified. In most cases requests for modifications are normally simple and turn around time may only be a week. Larger more complex modifications may take several weeks to complete. Modifications to a blueprint are more cost effective when a CAD file is purchased for that particular plan, since this is done using a computer as opposed to being hand drawn.
Common requests for simple modifications are adding or removing doorways or walls. Examples of more complex modifications are increasing square footage of the home, or roof layout.
